About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subrogation Claims Specialist to join our team at AssuranceAmerica. As a Subrogation Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the subrogation process, ensuring the recovery of funds from liable third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate claims and identify subrogation opportunities
  • Negotiate settlements and collaborate with legal and claims teams to maximize recoveries
  • Compile and send subrogation packets and letters
  • Maintain recovery targets and ensure cases are called as scheduled
  • Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with contacts and maximize collection efforts
  • Practice collection and research techniques to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all activity
  • Submit claims for referral and respond to inquiries within 24 hours

About You

  • Insurance Claims Subrogation experience
  • Understanding of Arbitration Forums and E-Subrogation Hub websites preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with insureds, claimants, and other insurance companies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong negotiation and settlement skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume call environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
