The Retail Wireless division, supporting our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is transforming consumer expectations through innovative platforms, novel business models, and fresh perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Boost Mobile is on the lookout for a seasoned Bilingual Sales Account Manager to oversee performance in the Rio Grande Valley in South Texas, which includes Boost Mobile stores and national retail partners.

In this essential position, you will work closely with retail store proprietors to optimize their business operations, ensuring adherence to compliance standards across all store formats within your designated region.

Your role will encompass project oversight, team leadership, and delivering sales training and mentorship to frontline sales personnel.

You will be tasked with building strong relationships across the territory with various stakeholders, including external partners, internal teams, and vendor associates.

Your ability to nurture these connections will be vital in driving exceptional performance within the region.

As the primary contact for inquiries and issues at retail locations, you will serve as a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners.

Your professionalism and expertise will be crucial in maintaining seamless operations and addressing any challenges. This position includes a company vehicle.

Essential Duties:
Conduct visits to retail locations to provide coaching and training through role-playing and collaborative selling with sales representatives.

Oversee and drive marketing initiatives at retail outlets.

Make daily outreach to stores to enhance performance.

Act as the first point of contact for resolving customer escalations.

Ensure accountability for Boost brand standards across all stores in the territory.

Utilize local insights and real estate connections to identify new retail distribution points.

Engage in communication with store owners to drive their sales performance.

Implement strategies to surpass sales targets across the territory.

Maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding all Boost products and services.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree along with four years of relevant work experience or eight years of related experience post high school.

Four years of experience in sales and/or account management.

Three years of experience in training, relationship development, planning, or business management.

One year of experience selling wireless products or services.

Skills and Competencies:
Must possess a valid driver's license, with three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver safety training, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.

Experience in contract or vendor relationships.

Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Capability to quickly devise and implement solutions for escalations that arise during retail hours.

Demonstrated excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to provide sales and marketing guidance to owners and sales representatives.

Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

. The base pay range provided serves as a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Compensation is also influenced by the role's location and may vary depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
