Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our user acquisition efforts by scaling up our current channels, improving creative performance, and identifying new channels to unlock higher volume within our CAC/ROAS goals. As a data-driven problem solver with a growth mindset, you'll work with our in-house creative team to develop and execute campaigns that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the number of users who join our program while maintaining or improving our CAC/ROAS.
  • Own campaigns across multiple online and offline channels, strategize and develop creative, and autonomously drive growth for the business.
  • Define, drive, and measure KPIs for each campaign.
  • Design and execute AB tests to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, product team, data analysts, and more to bring campaigns to life.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience driving growth goals under set CAC/ROAS or volume targets, timelines, and budgets.
  • Deep hands-on experience with digital paid channels such as Facebook, TikTok, SEM, or others.
  • Ability to define key marketing KPIs and break them down into underlying drivers to understand and influence performance.
  • Strong bias to action, moving fast and flexibly while executing on schedule at high velocity and attention-to-detail.
  • Strategic thinker able to break down and organize problems, assess opportunity areas, and develop big ideas and priorities to move the business forward.
  • Understanding of hypothesis-driven A/B, multivariate, and incrementality testing, with the ability to analyze test result data to tease out learnings and insights.
  • Experience in a fintech business or D2C industry, with SQL proficiency a bonus.
