Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Player's Club Representative. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, promoting our Player's Club program, and executing marketing events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Ambassador: Provide personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Player's Club Promotion: Introduce and enroll guests into our award-winning Player's Club program, promoting its benefits and value.
  • Marketing Event Execution: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events, including concerts, celebrity meet and greets, giveaways, drawings, parties, and tournaments.
  • Front of House and Back of House Duties: Perform various duties to support the success of our events, including front of house and back of house responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Six months of customer service experience, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overnights, weekends, and holidays, depending on assigned schedule.
  • Guest Service Focus: Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the tradition of superior service at our property.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to navigate and work on a computer (PC or Mac) and possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Energetic, caring, and compassionate individual who is a team player and desires to move up within our organization.

Work Environment

This role will be performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise.

Native American Preference Policy

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
