Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are immediately hiring for a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support our cell therapy operations.

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Estimated Salary: $74,800 - $77,400 per year

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering or Cell Biology/Immunology with 4-7 years of relevant experience. Experience with cellular therapies is highly preferred.

You will be responsible for:

  • Authoring study protocols and technical reports to support technology transfer and process changes.
  • Performing and supporting data monitoring of manufacturing processes to understand process capability.
  • Supporting production-related investigations to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing executed batch records to ensure process operation within the validated state.
  • Understanding and managing tools and templates to quantify impact and criticality for parameters and attributes within CMO unit operations.
  • Ensuring manufacturing processes are in a state of control, harmonized across the cell therapy network.
  • Supporting continuous improvement for technical and business processes.
  • Leveraging and maintaining professional relationships with external partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemical, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering or Cell Biology/Immunology.
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with JMP and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
