Job Summary: Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing process team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of our cell therapy products. This role requires a strong understanding of biochemical, chemical, or biomedical engineering principles, as well as experience working in regulated manufacturing environments. Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of our cell therapy products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis to inform process decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to process changes and improvements.
