Child Welfare Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and committed professional to serve as an Adoption Case Manager at Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Adoption State and County regulations for children, youth, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the physical condition of the adoptive resource home
- Visit adoption finalization recipients, children, and youth to ensure their needs are met
- Collect and compile child/youth information to provide to contractors
- Maintain up-to-date files and provide status updates on families/services
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide SWAN services
- Complete mandated reports, documentation, and benchmarks
We offer a competitive salary range of $53,000 - $63,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, vision and dental plans, 403B retirement plan, and more.
