About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bethanna. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state regulations, department standards, and agency performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform quality assurance initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits, record reviews, and client surveys to assess service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Leadership to achieve successful outcomes on Scorecard indicators.
  • Investigate service complaints and provide recommendations for improvement.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
  • Two years of experience in child welfare services.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
