Northern Children's Services is committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and families. We are seeking a qualified Foster Care Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPERVISION OF FOSTER CARE STAFF:
  1. Supervise DHS/County Foster Care Case Managers and Resource Parents Support Workers.
  2. Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION:
  1. Develop and implement strategies for improving foster care services and outcomes.
  2. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
COLLABORATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS:
  1. Work closely with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in social work or related field.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in child welfare or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
