Role Summary:
The Manager of Policy, Process, and Controls plays a crucial role in assessing risks, processes, and controls to enhance CF's governance framework. This position involves evaluating, proposing, and executing enhancements in processes and controls to boost efficiency and effectiveness. The individual will oversee the creation, execution, and training on Finance policies within the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Control Management:
    Ensure the organization maintains robust controls to guarantee the accuracy of financial data, asset protection, and safeguarding of company processes.
  • Risk Assessment:
    Lead the annual risk evaluation process, providing insights and guidance to mitigate identified risks.
  • Control Effectiveness:
    Work collaboratively with various departments to maintain the Risk and Controls Matrix (RACM) and address any internal control deficiencies.
  • Audit Coordination:
    Facilitate communication with internal and external auditors regarding control changes and audit plans.
  • Staff Development:
    Supervise and mentor team members, identifying training needs and providing opportunities for professional growth.
  • Process Improvement:
    Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of controls, including exploring automation opportunities.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. A CPA license or equivalent professional certification is advantageous. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in accounting, particularly in internal controls and compliance.
