Southwest Territory Sales Director

Lakeland Industries is seeking a highly motivated sales manager to lead our sales efforts in the southwest U.S. territory. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with channel partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Manage and mentor sales teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience working in the safety market (PPE, gas detection, fall protection, confined space)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 - $140,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits.
