Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Collaborate with the on-site project team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project schedules.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep the project on track.
  • Manage the RFI and submittal processes effectively.
  • Handle owner billings and address project-related financial matters.
  • Conduct meetings to identify safety concerns and ensure compliance with our safety program.
  • Monitor staffing and work plans for each project phase, facilitating recruitment or assignment of personnel as needed.
  • Track profit and loss statements monthly, maintaining oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
