Job Description

Mountaire Farms is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key areas of our business, including IT, operations, and leadership.

Program Overview

Our Management Trainee Program is a 6-month structured program designed to develop future leaders by providing broad exposure to the different facets of our organization. You will rotate through critical departments to gain an understanding of the end-to-end operations and vertical integration of our business.

Program Structure

The program is divided into two phases: rotational experience and capstone project. During the first three months, you will rotate through critical departments to gain a comprehensive view of how these departments interact and contribute to the overall success of the company. In the final three months, you will focus on your specific functional area and develop and execute a capstone project that addresses a key business challenge or opportunity within your department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in hands-on training across multiple business functions
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and business processes
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and work on strategic business initiatives
  • Design, develop, and present a capstone project to senior leadership
  • Build relationships with employees at all levels and actively participate in the business culture
  • Attend leadership and development workshops to enhance personal and professional skills
  • Complete weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly reports as required
Qualifications

We are looking for recent graduates with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Network Administration, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have a strong interest in a career in management and leadership, be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
