Job Title: Project Manager Mid

Location: Hybrid - Millsboro, DE
Employment Type: 12 month Contract
Work Type: Standard Business Hours - M - F (40 hours a week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager Mid to join our dynamic team located Millsboro, DE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, coordinating, and organizational skills, along with a background in engineering. You will collaborate with various teams, including DPI construction and maintenance, finance, and engineering, to drive project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering Preferred).

  • 5-10 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on coordinating and tracking project activities (Required).

  • Experience in utility projects or construction management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Hyperion, Oracle, and Asset Suite 8 (Preferred).

  • PMP certification is (Required).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with DPI construction and maintenance, work management teams, finance, and engineering departments to ensure project alignment.

  • Lead project teams and manage activities to meet project goals.

  • Monitor project progress, identify issues or risks, and implement effective solutions.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.

  • Facilitate project meetings and discussions to drive project progress.

  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

  • Support the implementation of project management best practices and processes.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $57.00 per hour
