Account Lead

The Account Lead is responsible for developing and implementing an account strategy that drives client satisfaction and long-term relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to deliver results that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement account plans that align with client objectives and interests.
  • Drive account growth through the identification of opportunities and the articulation of value propositions.
  • Build and manage high-performing teams that deliver operational excellence and employee engagement.
  • Manage account financials to ensure plan is met or exceeded in both growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA desirable.
  • Eight or more years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, including retail property management with multiple property responsibilities.
  • In-depth understanding of financial aspects of site performance and facilities management.
  • Ability to think broadly, create a shared vision, and embrace change as an opportunity.
