At Currency Cloud, we're seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join our North America (NA) Valued Added Services (VAS) Deal Finance team. As a critical member of our finance team, you will play a key role in driving financial analysis, deal modeling, and deal pricing expertise to enhance the overall deal experience for our NA VAS organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and deal modeling expertise to support end-to-end deal execution activities in partnership with account executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Drive and support deal structuring, contract execution, and negotiation to ensure seamless execution throughout the commercial process.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive sustainable revenue growth for the VAS business.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and analyses to structure client incentive deals.
- Manage deals through the offer approval and execution process, coordinating with stakeholders and providing critical inputs to senior management for tough deal decisions.
- 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
- Strong financial transaction analysis, contract or pricing negotiation experience required, familiarity with deal structuring and modeling.
- Highly strategic thinker combined with a strong business acumen and ability to rapidly establish a broad and deep understanding of the payments business landscape.
As a Finance Director at Currency Cloud, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, drive business growth, and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
