Job Title: Account Director

Join SalesFirst Recruiting as an Account Director and spearhead sales for a new subscription-based software platform launching in October/November. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is for a dynamic hunter and closer who thrives in a high-volume, transactional sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively cold-call and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Sell 100 licenses in the first year, targeting both individual brands and channel partners.
  • Manage high-volume sales, focusing on transactional deals.
  • Educate prospects on the value of the platform for event management and networking.
  • Work closely with leadership to execute sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in subscription SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • A hunter's mentality with a proactive approach to identifying new business.
  • Motivated to achieve high earnings and surpass sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-transactional, fast-paced sales environment.
