Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Coordinator to provide support to our corporate office. This individual will be responsible for assisting with office operations, light reception duties, and preparing for client office visits and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with office administration and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Prepare for client visits and events, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized
  • Participate in community initiatives and volunteer events
  • Coordinate team events and activities
  • Assist the Development team with various tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Experience in a commercial real estate industry preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
