Job Details

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record in multi-family and commercial construction projects.
  2. Extensive experience in ground-up construction is a must.
  3. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  4. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to maximize performance.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  7. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and determine the most effective solutions.
  8. Proficiency in using construction management software and other related software.
  9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
