Project Superintendent Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team at McShane Construction Company. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

* Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

* Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

* Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

* Proficiency in construction management software and technology.
