We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate, US to join our team and assist in attracting and nurturing exceptional talent across various US locations. Your focus will be on onboarding outstanding individuals who resonate with our culture and uphold our values. Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Lead and oversee extensive recruitment initiatives for operational roles across US locations.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referral programs.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a continuous flow of applicants for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Agency Collaboration: Collaborate with recruitment agencies to enhance internal sourcing efforts and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage candidate relationships and deliver an outstanding experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborative Hiring: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth interview process for candidates.
  • Feedback and Decision Making: Facilitate candidate feedback sessions and debrief meetings to gather insights and make informed hiring choices.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in multi-state high-volume hiring for operational roles.
  • Proven experience in partnering with external recruitment agencies.
  • Proficient in relevant tools and systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Focused on candidate experience, with a creative approach to sourcing talent.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a personable and articulate demeanor.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with management, candidates, and external partners.
  • A positive attitude combined with a desire to foster a fun work environment.
