We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing TA team This is a great opportunity to support the hiring efforts of our Human Resources organization. This is a remote, part-time position.
What will you do?
- Support the company's hiring efforts
- Using the company's Applicant Tracking System, schedule a high volume of interviews and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams in a timely and positive manner
- Maintain data integrity and that ensure all candidates are appropriately tracked in the ATS
- Foster an excellent candidate experience
- Manage social media and branding efforts
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders - building best practices for hiring together
- Assist with the new hire and onboarding process as needed
About you:
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination, or Recruiting Operations, preferably at a high-growth startup
- Experience using a recruiting Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
- You are impact oriented with a "get things done" mentality
- You have excellent attention to detail and a flawless customer service skills
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- You are service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
