Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Recruitment: Lead and oversee extensive recruitment initiatives for operational roles across US locations.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referral programs.
  • Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a consistent influx of applicants for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work alongside recruitment agencies to enhance internal sourcing efforts and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Candidate Engagement: Foster relationships with candidates, ensuring a superior experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Collaborative Hiring: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, facilitating a smooth interview process. Gather feedback and collaborate with HR teams to manage offer negotiations and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in multi-state high-volume hiring for operational roles.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with external recruitment agencies.
  • Proficient in technology and familiar with tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Suite, and Slack.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and innovative in talent sourcing approaches.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a personable and articulate demeanor.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with management, candidates, and external partners.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to foster a fun work environment.
