Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager for Automotive Wholesale to join our team at Sullivan Tire & Auto Service. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability for the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and improve profitability for the assigned territory.
  2. Territory Optimization: Utilize available resources to control expenses and maintain optimal productivity and workflow levels.
  3. Customer Engagement: Deliver quality work on time, every time to customers to ensure long-term growth in sales and profits.
  4. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to grow business and increase sales for the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of industry/wholesale experience; valid driver's license.
  • Proven outside sales experience.
  • Strong selling and customer service skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Solid understanding of automotive tire and auto service industry.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and location.
