Sales and Operations Manager for Automotive Wholesale

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager for Automotive Wholesale to join our team at Sullivan Tire & Auto Service. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability for the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and improve profitability for the assigned territory.
- Territory Optimization: Utilize available resources to control expenses and maintain optimal productivity and workflow levels.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver quality work on time, every time to customers to ensure long-term growth in sales and profits.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to grow business and increase sales for the assigned territory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of industry/wholesale experience; valid driver's license.
- Proven outside sales experience.
- Strong selling and customer service skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive tire and auto service industry.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and location.
