Nissan Sales Consultant Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Hoselton Nissan. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our automotive inventory, features, and specifications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and preferences.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Documentation and Follow-Up: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently to finalize sales transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
