Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Heldrich Hotel & Conference Center. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the restaurant operations and team members, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the restaurant operations and team members to ensure maximum customer service.
  • Help create and implement food and beverage policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Hold daily stand-up meetings with the team to ensure daily understanding of operations.
  • Hold monthly department meetings to communicate important information to the team.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to the food and beverage standards.
  • Staff accountability, including coaching and counseling.
  • Communicate issues, resolve problems, and develop leadership direction.
  • Monitor the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure maximum customer service.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with the culinary team.
  • Partner with the purchasing department to ensure proper levels of food and beverage items needed for proper pars.
  • Monthly inventory product counted and logged.
  • Ensure staff utilize clean-as-you-go techniques of service and maintain overall cleanliness of the food service area.
  • Protect the assets of the property.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior when in contact with customers and fellow associates.
  • Follow policies and procedures in training manuals and the associate handbook.
  • Establish self-improvement goals by staying current with necessary training requirements for this position.
  • Practice the principles of Be the Difference culture.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards.
Requirements
  • Requires advanced knowledge of specialized or technical field or a thorough knowledge of the practices and techniques of a professional field.
  • This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Compensation

The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
