Program Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:The Program Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and services to our youth clients. This includes conducting medical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for youth clients.
- Provide routine medical care, including vaccinations, lab tests, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with our Nurse Practitioner, Medical Providers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including lab results, medication lists, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with our youth clients, families, and community partners.
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time direct service delivery experience.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
