Job Title: Program Nurse

About the Role:

The Program Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our youth clients, including assessment, treatment, and education. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to youth clients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time direct service delivery experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
