Job Title: Program Nurse

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is a leading organization that provides a wide range of services to vulnerable populations in Florida. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Nurse to join our team.

About the Role:

The Program Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our youth clients. This includes conducting medical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct medical assessments and develop treatment plans for youth clients
  • Collaborate with medical providers to ensure high-quality care
  • Provide education and counseling to youth clients on disease prevention and management
  • Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
