In-Home and In-Clinic settings
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice.
Preferred: One year of recent pediatric experience.
A genuine passion for fostering positive change in the lives of children and their families.
A strong commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Employing effective time management skills to ensure all documentation for evaluations is completed within a 5-business day timeframe and SOAP note documentation within 24 hours.
Conducting patient care conferences to assess and discuss progress.
Documenting in real-time, utilizing any cancellations to finalize documentation or prepare for upcoming sessions.
Participating in staff development activities and in-service training sessions.
Maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment while ensuring all sanitized materials are returned to their designated places.
