Program Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:The Program Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to youth in our program, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical assessments, treatments, and interventions to youth in our program.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each youth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, program directors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct health education sessions, provide counseling, and offer support to youth and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited institution.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct patient care, preferably in a pediatric or adolescent setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
