Program Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:The Program Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our youth clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. This role requires strong assessment and treatment skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough medical assessments and develop individualized care plans for each client.
- Administer medications and provide routine lab tests as needed.
- Collaborate with medical providers, program directors, and other staff members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and counseling to clients on disease prevention, treatment, and management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance program services and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time direct service delivery experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical setting.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills, with experience working with diverse populations of children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
