Role Summary

The Warranty Administrator will collaborate with fellow team members and the Customer Service Manager to support both internal and external clients. This role involves gathering and interpreting data, enhancing interdepartmental communication, maintaining documentation of policies and procedures, and assisting in resolving issues. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality and cost-effectiveness of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities of the Warranty Administrator I include:

  • Efficiently processing warranty claims.
  • Collaborating with the Warranty Administrator and Customer Service Manager to analyze data.
  • Tracking warranty expenditures on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis while identifying trends.
  • Managing the daily processing and approval of warranty requests and claims.
  • Assisting in the documentation and upkeep of warranty policies, procedures, and customer agreements.
  • Fostering improved communication across all departments.
  • Analyzing issues, trends, and opportunities for cost savings to be discussed and implemented.
  • Contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality and service efficiency.

Qualifications for the Warranty Administrator I include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-5 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Experience in order entry or data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Energetic approach to adapting to changes in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
  • Previous experience in RV Parts, RV Warranty, RV Tech, and/or RV Sales is advantageous.
