Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated full-time warranty administrators to support our Automotive Warranty and Tire Warranty call center operations. The ideal candidate for the automotive warranty role will possess a solid understanding of mechanical repairs, shop protocols, and exceptional customer service skills. You will assist consumers and repair shops in processing automotive repair, roadside assistance, battery, and tire claims. For the Tire Warranty position, a blend of outstanding customer service and a positive demeanor is essential, as you will be guiding consumers and shops through the tire warranty claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls related to assigned warranty programs
  • Accurately input claim details into electronic systems
  • Communicate effectively regarding program coverages
  • Evaluate claims based on established coverage limits
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with repair shops to facilitate warranty benefits for consumers
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or English/French) is a plus, but not mandatory
Additional Requirements for Automotive Warranty Administrator:
  • Familiarity with automotive repairs, shop operations, diagnostic procedures, and tire specifications
  • Experience in the automotive sector, such as roles as a technician, service advisor, parts specialist, or warranty administrator
  • ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred, though not required
