Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Handle customer returns, process refunds, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Warranty Claims: Process customer warranty claims, gather necessary information, and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
  • Logistics Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to shipping and delivery.
  • Pricing and Availability: Provide accurate pricing and availability information to customers, and assist with resolving any discrepancies.
  • Field Sales Support: Assist field sales teams with customer inquiries, provide product information, and support with sales efforts.
  • Customer Pricing: Research and verify customer pricing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Order Entry: Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years of related customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and Salesforce CRM.
