- Order Entry: Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and 3-5 years of related customer service experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and Salesforce CRM.
