Carefree of Colorado, a prominent innovator in the shade products and accessories sector for RV, recreation, and residential markets, is seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator. Role Summary

The Warranty Administrator will collaborate with fellow Warranty Administrators and the Customer Service Manager to effectively serve both internal and external clients. This role involves compiling and analyzing data, enhancing communication across departments, documenting and updating policies and procedures, and assisting in resolving issues. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position aims to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of Carefree products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process warranty claims.
  • Collaborate with other Warranty Administrators and the Customer Service Manager to gather and analyze relevant data.
  • Monitor and report warranty expenditures on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis while identifying trends.
  • Handle daily processing and payment of warranty requests, claims, and authorizations.
  • Assist in the documentation and upkeep of Carefree warranty policies, procedures, and customer agreements.
  • Strive to enhance communication among all departments.
  • Analyze problems, trends, and cost-saving opportunities for discussion and implementation.
  • Contribute to overall improvements in the quality of Carefree products and services, alongside cost reductions.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-5 years of progressive experience in customer service.
  • Experience in order entry or data entry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and positive demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Energetic and adaptable approach to the dynamic challenges of a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Office Applications.
  • Demonstrated reliability with an excellent attendance record.
  • Prior experience in RV Parts, RV Warranty, RV Tech, and/or RV Sales is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
