Job Title: Sales Manager

At Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI), we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail facilities, ensuring effective management of employee matters, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail facility, including managing employee matters, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and product inventory management to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Coordinate with other stations to limit out-of-stocks and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor station operating expenses and adjust spending as needed.
  • Handle escalated customer relations issues and think critically to implement solutions.
  • Regularly review video surveillance footage to monitor station operations.
  • Ensure station personnel and contractors comply with CSI's safety standards.
  • Conduct station meetings to create alignment and ensure effective operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous managerial experience in a retail, food service, or fuel environment.
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations professionally, exercising good judgment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
  • High School graduate or equivalent and a minimum 21 years of age.
