Our state-of-the-art facility spans 65,000 sq. ft. in the picturesque Northern California foothills.
Position Overview:
The Aerospace Client Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing contract management and order processing activities. This role involves leading the Contracts Administration and Order Management teams to ensure compliance with Crane Aerospace & Electronics' established business protocols while achieving superior customer service in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely review and validation of booking data to facilitate sales commission payments.
- Develop and manage metrics that reflect ongoing improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Allocate customer assignments to optimize workload and meet both customer and organizational needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order fulfillment process, adhering to established procedures and standards.
- Manage order entries and rescheduling tasks efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the aerospace industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with various industry concepts, practices, and procedures, along with extensive Lean methodology experience.
- Skills: Proven ability to plan and achieve objectives, with advanced skills in employee development, team building, business acumen, continuous improvement, project management, and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Only US Persons will be considered for roles requiring such access, in compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

- Salary Range: $97,900 to $125,800, influenced by relevant experience and qualifications.
