Role Overview:
In this position, you will begin your day early, managing a designated sales route. Your responsibilities will include selling, delivering, and merchandising our complete range of products to various retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a specific sales route, ensuring excellent service to existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
2. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customers through regular interactions and outstanding service.
3. Identify customer needs and maximize sales potential by effectively promoting our products.
4. Create and maintain attractive product displays in each account.
5. Ensure timely and accurate product delivery and manage inventory efficiently.
6. Provide top-notch customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.
7. Strive to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
