Job Summary

SBF Advisors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to streamline our workflow and facilitate communication between departments, employees, and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of aptitude in Microsoft Office projects, and a strong comfort with technology and software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department leaders to maintain projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with weekly reporting requirements, including department meetings and management updates.
  • Work with department leaders to ensure adequate staffing and project budgets.
  • Coordinate with administrative team members to initiate projects and route client documents.
  • Meet with department members to ensure project promised dates are on track.
  • Provide analytical and strategic information to department and firm leaders.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in administrative support roles or office management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • High level of aptitude in Microsoft Office projects.
  • High level of comfort with technology and software applications.
