About the Role

As a Property Administrator at Colliers, you will play a vital role in managing a commercial building's operations and financial activities. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond to tenants' needs in a timely manner to meet lease obligations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all office visitors.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming service tickets.
  • Manage training room reservations.
  • Program and monitor access database.
  • Order and stock office supplies.
  • Organize and complete service contracts as needed.
  • Tenant communications and keeping updated contact information.
  • Administrative work for vendor and tenant COIs and compliance.
  • Assist with annual fire drill compliance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to all Colliers and ownership visitors.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management, commercial or residential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Strong customer service background.
