Job Summary

Sutter Health is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator and Lease Contract Database Specialist to oversee and manage the organization's real estate lease contract database. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent control and oversight of the managed technology, troubleshooting and reporting issues, and communicating outcomes to end users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial real estate concepts, lease contracts, and real property records, as well as experience with data reporting, automated integrations, and extract, transform, and load functionality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, management techniques, and technical knowledge are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to achieve designated goals and objectives, and will be familiar with computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, CoStar, and/or other real estate asset management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the real estate lease contract database
  • Troubleshoot and report issues
  • Communicate outcomes to end users
  • Document system changes and best practices
  • Perform system maintenance activities
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent education/experience
  • 5 years recent relevant experience
  • Proficient in interpretation and understanding of commercial real estate concepts, lease contracts, and real property records
  • Proficient in data reporting, connections with other systems through automated integrations and extract, transform, and load functionality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, management techniques, and technical knowledge
  • Ability to team with staff across multiple projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and balance multiple interests and resolve conflicts
  • Familiarity with computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, CoStar, and/or other real estate asset management software
  • Proficient with real estate industry-recognized tools, processes, and software
