About Colliers International
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a commercial building, including operations, financial activities, and tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Respond to tenants' needs in a timely manner to meet lease obligations.
- Act as the first point of contact for all office visitors.
- Monitor and respond to incoming service tickets.
- Manage training room reservations.
- Program and monitor access databases.
- Order and stock office supplies.
- Organize and complete service contracts as needed.
- Tenant communications and keeping updated contact information.
- Administrative work for vendor and tenant COIs and compliance.
- Assist with annual fire drill compliance.
- Provide administrative assistance to all Colliers and ownership visitors.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in property management, commercial or residential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
- Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
- Strong customer service background.
