Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Jason Killings. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing insurance policies, assisting policyholders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist policyholders with insurance inquiries, billing, and policy updates.
  • Identify and discuss cross-sale opportunities with existing clients.
  • Provide administrative support to agents and office staff as needed.
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
  • Handle incoming client calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related changes.

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE 4-40 CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE LICENSE OR 20-44 PERSONAL LINES AGENT LICENSE.
  • MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF INSURANCE EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY ALLSTATE.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Allstate experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits:

  • Annual salary starting at $40,000 (negotiable depending on licenses and prior experience).
  • Compensation for new business production in addition to salary.
  • 80 hours of Paid Time Off after 90 days.
