Customer Service Insurance Specialist

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless policy management.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding policy updates, quotes, payments, and documentation.
- Address customer calls and correspondence related to new or existing insurance policies, including claim resolution.
- Work closely with new clients to understand their needs, research policy options, and present customized solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to review existing policies, explore additional coverage needs, and bind renewals.
- Efficiently resolve product or service issues by clearly understanding the customer's concern, identifying the root cause, and recommending the best solution.
- A valid 440 or 220 license or completion of license required. Equivalent work experience in the insurance field is desirable.
- Display extensive knowledge of insurance products, rating processes, coverages, and industry operations.
- Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, excellent phone etiquette, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a high level of organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and follow-up capabilities.
Salary Range: $57,000 - $77,000 per year based on location and experience.
