Job Summary

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to our clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless policy management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding policy updates, quotes, payments, and documentation.
  2. Address customer calls and correspondence related to new or existing insurance policies, including claim resolution.
  3. Work closely with new clients to understand their needs, research policy options, and present customized solutions.
  4. Coordinate with clients to review existing policies, explore additional coverage needs, and bind renewals.
  5. Efficiently resolve product or service issues by clearly understanding the customer's concern, identifying the root cause, and recommending the best solution.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. A valid 440 or 220 license or completion of license required. Equivalent work experience in the insurance field is desirable.
  2. Display extensive knowledge of insurance products, rating processes, coverages, and industry operations.
  3. Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, excellent phone etiquette, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Possess a high level of organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and follow-up capabilities.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $77,000 per year based on location and experience.
