Client Operations Services Manager

Job Summary
Ropes & Gray is a leading global law firm seeking a skilled Client Operations Services Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing guidance on matter management best practices and tools to lawyers, clients, and support staff, ensuring that client relationships are supported and matters are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative tools and processes to drive efficiency and meet client priorities
- Collaborate with lawyers and support staff to strengthen client relationships and optimize legal service delivery
- Provide guidance on matter management best practices and tools to lawyers, clients, and support staff
- Lead client relationship and practice group support with the help of senior analysts and analysts
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of practice-specific resources to help lawyers identify and communicate to clients the cost and scope of legal work
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, financial institution, or other large complex organization
- Exceptional client service orientation with financial acumen
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and creative problem-solving
- Strong business analytics, critical thinking, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
