Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering High-Quality ABA Interventions: You will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
  • Collaborating with the Team: You will work closely with the supervising BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Supporting Parent and Caregiver Training: You will support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
  • Collecting and Documenting Data: You will collect data and document client records to monitor progress and enable the best possible treatment decisions.
  • Communicating with Parents and Supervisors: You will communicate regularly with parents, supervisor(s), and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans.
  • Providing Services in Various Settings: You will provide services to clients in home, school, or other locations as agreed and necessary.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Have at least 1-2 years of experience working with children
  • Have at least 1 year of experience with ABA
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be passionate about helping others
  • Pass a background check
