About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA to join our team at Discovery ABA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing evidence-based ABA therapy techniques.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, working closely with each child to help them grow and thrive.
  • Supervise and mentor other staff members during sessions, ensuring the highest quality of care.
  • Collaborate with families and state directors to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Active LBA certification in Tennessee or a willingness to obtain one.
