At Discovery ABA, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Provide behavioral therapy directly to clients, working closely with each child to help them grow and thrive
- Supervise other staff during their sessions, ensuring the highest quality of care
- Communicate effectively with families and state directors to monitor each client's progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA certification in Tennessee or a willingness to obtain one

- Competitive pay ranging from $60 - $80 per hour or $60,000 - $80,000 per year
