OUTPATIENT SERVICES:

Clinicians in outpatient environments are tasked with the assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and care of clients and their families. Serving a diverse clientele including adults, children, and youth, our mental health outpatient services encompass programs such as Family Treatment, Integrated Services Team (IST), Military Services, Therapeutic Preschool, and School-Based Services.

Annual base salaries range from $43,426 to $47,476, influenced by position, educational background, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Caseloads and contact frequency are tailored to client needs and program focus, which also affect salary, along with travel requirements and on-call expectations. Certain clinical licenses can lead to substantial salary increases.

SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT:

Therapists in this specialty conduct screenings, orientations, and intakes for Substance Use Disorder programs. They deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family formats, guiding clients through various recovery modalities, including coordination of medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Both inpatient and outpatient programs are available.

Base salaries in this area range from $43,426 to $55,031 annually, determined by position, education, valid licensure, and relevant experience. Similar to outpatient services, caseloads and contact frequency are based on client needs and program focus, impacting salary along with travel and on-call requirements. Certain clinical licenses can lead to significant salary increases.

SOCIAL SERVICES:

Clinicians in this domain provide a comprehensive range of social services for families in need. The Center offers supervised visitation, behavior modification, and a Therapeutic Foster Care & Adoption program. Additionally, master's level clinicians engage in parenting classes and work within Juvenile Justice and Criminal Justice services.

Base salaries start at $49,475 annually and increase with relevant experience and valid licensure. As with other services, caseloads and contact frequency are contingent on client needs and program focus, influencing salary alongside travel and on-call expectations. Certain clinical licenses can result in substantial salary increases.

VICTIM SERVICES:

Our compassionate staff supports individuals who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, or other traumatic events. The Helen Ross McNabb Center provides outreach and counseling services, safe housing, and crisis hotlines.

Positions in this category include therapists for the SACET Therapy Center, Violent Crime Master's Level Clinicians, Domestic Violence Therapists, and more.

Base salaries begin at $46,445 annually and rise with relevant experience and valid licensure. Caseloads and contact frequency vary based on client needs and program focus, impacting salary alongside travel and on-call expectations. Certain clinical licenses can lead to significant salary increases.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:

The Center provides detoxification and residential treatment for adolescents and adults facing substance use or co-occurring disorders. Through our residential programs, clients receive education, group, and individual therapy aimed at achieving recovery and a healthy lifestyle.

Positions include CenterPointe Master's Level Liaison and roles in Admissions & Utilization, and ILS.

Base salaries start at $49,475 annually and increase with relevant experience and valid licensure. As with other services, caseloads and contact frequency are based on client needs and program focus, influencing salary alongside travel and on-call expectations. Certain clinical licenses can lead to substantial salary increases.

CRISIS SERVICES:

Clinicians in Crisis Services are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and planning treatment for clients, providing crisis intervention as needed, and assisting with aftercare resources. Clinicians may work in community settings and facilities.

Positions may include Walk-In Crisis Center Clinician, Mobile Crisis Clinician, Crisis Services Clinician, and Children's Crisis Clinician.

Base salaries start at $51,495 and vary based on experience, education, and clinical license. Shift differentials are available for evening and overnight shifts.
